This appointment is a consultation to discuss all the details needed for your event or custom order. During this time, we will review your vision, requirements, and any specific design elements you’d like included. After the consultation, an invoice will be sent to the email you provide, and payment can be made directly through that invoice. Please note that all sales are final unless the company is at fault.
